Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the berries.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
