- 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
Dip the cheese-filled jalapenos into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
