Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the feta cheese in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta.
  4. Sprinkle the dried oregano and red pepper flakes on top.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic around the feta.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are roasted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
