Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite chips or veggies.
