Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Slice avocados into wedges.
Dredge each wedge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
