  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice avocados into wedges.
  3. Dredge each wedge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
