  • 4 large Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped parsley, if using.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
