  • 12 Jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 12 slices Bacon cut in half

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
