  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased skillet.
  5. Cook on the stovetop over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set.
