Bacon Carbonara Recipe
A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.

- 400 g spaghetti
- 200 g bacon cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs large
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper freshly ground
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
7. Add the crispy bacon back to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately with extra grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
