Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 Tomato Small, sliced
- 1 pinch Salt To taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil Optional
1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
3. Slice the tomato.
4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
5. Top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
