Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados diced
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomatoes, and red onion.
2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
