  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced avocados, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the avocado-tomato mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
