Instructions 

  1. Dice the avocados, tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a bowl, mix the avocados, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slice the baguette and toast the slices.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the avocado-tomato mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
