- 2 slices Bread Whole grain preferred
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 Tomato Small, sliced
- 5 leaves Basil Fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and tomato.
3. Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado evenly on each slice.
4. Top with tomato slices and chopped basil.
5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
