Main Ingredients
- 4 tortillas corn or flour
- 2 avocados sliced
- 4 tomatillos husked and chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
- 0.5 cup onion chopped
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
1. Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly crispy.
2. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatillos, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Slice the avocados and set aside.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing the avocado slices on the tortillas, then topping with the tomatillo mixture.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
