- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt To taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper To taste
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork, then add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread slices.
