Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Avocados ripe
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 piece Lime cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the avocados and set aside.
  2. 2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Assemble the tacos by placing avocado slices, red cabbage, corn, and black beans on each tortilla.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
