  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 2 Avocados ripe
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine avocados, spinach, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado-spinach sauce until well coated.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
