Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine avocados, spinach, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado-spinach sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
