- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add vegetable broth, lime juice, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
