Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Avocados halved and pitted
- 200 g Cooked shrimp peeled and chopped
- 1 pcs Lime juiced
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a cup, leaving a small border.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
3. Fill each avocado half with the shrimp mixture.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
