  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 pieces Avocados mashed
  • 4 pieces Radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread avocado mixture on toasted baguette slices.
  5. Top with radish slices.
