- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 pieces Avocados mashed
- 4 pieces Radishes thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
In a bowl, mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread avocado mixture on toasted baguette slices.
Top with radish slices.
