  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 pcs Avocados ripe, peeled, and pitted
  • ½ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mash the avocados and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado onto each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
