Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Zucchini spiralized
  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves fresh
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine avocado, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the zucchini noodles with the avocado pesto until well coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
