Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine avocados, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
3. Season the avocado pesto with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado pesto until well coated.
