- 2 avocados ripe
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add lime juice, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, and salt to the blender.
Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
