Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss to coat with the garlic and oil.
4. In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in the lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the avocado mixture to the spaghetti and toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
