Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with extra cucumber or tomato if desired.
