- 2 large avocados ripe but firm
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into wedges.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Dip each avocado wedge first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Place the coated avocado wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
