Main Ingredients
- 2 eggs hard-boiled
- 1 avocado ripe
- 2 slices bread toasted
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
3. Add the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
4. Spread the avocado egg salad onto the toasted bread slices.
