  • 4 large Eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 medium Avocados ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the chopped eggs.
