Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
