Avocado Deviled Eggs

Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs hard-boiled
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika for garnish
1. Hard boil the eggs. Once cooked, peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the avocado, lime juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mash until smooth.
4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
