  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 1 piece Cucumber julienned
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. Place a nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down.
  3. 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange avocado slices and cucumber strips along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
