  • 2 cups Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large Avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with extra cucumber slices or herbs if desired.
