- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. While the bread is toasting, mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
