Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. 4. While the bread is toasting, mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
