- 2 large Carrots spiralized
- 1 large Avocado mashed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Spiralize the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
