Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Small red onion diced
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 4 Large tortillas

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, corn, lime juice, ground cumin, and cilantro.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  3. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the ends as you go.
  4. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
