Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 8 Tortillas flour or corn
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, black beans, and avocado slices.
3. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
4. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
