Simple and delicious tartines with avocado and almond butter.

Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes, microgreens
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Mash the avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread almond butter on each slice of toast.
Top with mashed avocado.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and microgreens if desired.
