  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Roasted butternut squash cubed
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans toasted
  • ¼ cup Goat cheese crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and crumbled goat cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
