- 4 pcs Tomatoes medium-sized
- 2 pcs Jalapeños or more to taste
- 1 pcs Onion small, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar white or apple cider
1. Boil the tomatoes and jalapeños in a saucepan with water for about 10 minutes until soft.
2. Drain the water and transfer the tomatoes and jalapeños to a blender.
3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and vinegar to the blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Let it cool, then transfer to a bottle or jar for storage.
