  • 2 ears Corn kernels removed
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the corn kernels with 2 cups of milk until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture into a saucepan to remove the solids.
  3. 3. Add the remaining milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, and vanilla extract to the saucepan.
  4. 4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil.
  5. 5. Remove the cinnamon stick and serve hot.
