- 8 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped asparagus
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the diced ham and chopped asparagus, and cook until the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
