- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed if frozen
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
Arrange the asparagus on the pastry.
Sprinkle the goat cheese over the asparagus.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and the asparagus is tender.
