- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted asparagus, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the asparagus mixture. Serve warm.
