  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine roasted asparagus, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the asparagus mixture. Serve warm.
