Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
