Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles any type
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
