Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
