Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 500 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
