Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, cook the sliced chicken breast until fully cooked.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
  4. 4. In a bowl, assemble the cooked rice, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, edamame, and cooked chicken.
  5. 5. Drizzle the sauce over the bowl and mix well.
