Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Cucumbers
- 1 cup Edamame
- 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, cook the sliced chicken breast until fully cooked.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
4. In a bowl, assemble the cooked rice, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, edamame, and cooked chicken.
5. Drizzle the sauce over the bowl and mix well.
