  • 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Gradually add glutinous rice flour and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Transfer to a mold and let it cool. Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
